Career Pathways connects you with the support, training, and paid work opportunities you need to reach your employment goals.
There’s no single path to a career. You can start where you are, use different services at the same time, and come back for support as your needs change.
RISE POWER UP COHORT
An 8-day facilitated cohort covering workplace expectations, mindset, communication, job search preparation, and interview readiness.
Participants complete a resume, cover letter, interview practice, and an experiential activity such as a job shadow, ride-along, or informational interview. Cohorts conclude with graduation and recognition of participant achievements.
2026 RISE POWER UP COHORT DATES
Cohort 14: Oct. 26 – Nov. 4, 2026
Cohort 15: Nov. 16 – 25, 2026
Cohort 16: Dec. 7 – 16, 2026
Sessions are scheduled between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with time reserved within that window for case management activities.
Graduation for all 3 cohorts: December 16 at 11:30 a.m.
